Jon Allen

Jon has been a professional magician since 1988. Magic started off as a fascination, and then went from a hobby to a full time career. Jon is acknowledged as one of the best close-up magicians in the country and also performs a remarkable 'intimate cabaret'. What makes Jon stand out above average performers, apart from his skilful magic, is his natural style and an incredible ability to make people feel relaxed straight away. While many magicians seem to 'go through the motions', Jon takes a genuine interest in the people he entertains and constantly looks to make his performance unique and personal to them. The experience you get is unlike anything you will have been part of before. Only a few people in the world can do what Jon does. While many aspects of an event can be forgotten, Jon ensures that people will leave your event talking about the amazing things they have seen before their eyes.

Charles Burns

Charles Burns began by studying painting (gaining a first in Fine Art), and took up the cutting of silhouettes in the late 1980's. Over a ten-year period he gradually built up a reputation for the quality of his work, and today has a busy schedule, bringing his art to an ever-increasing audience around the country.

The making of portrait "shades" (as they were known in the eighteenth century) is a very old craft, and collectors acknowledge silhouettes of "The English School" as being among the best in the world. However, it seems today to be a sadly neglected craft. Mindful of this Charles set out on a quest to rejuvenate this wonderful art. Applying his unparalleled skill, Charles produces mementos that are treasured forever.

When asked how on earth he can do what he does, he often replies "Mostly, I just cut & hope!" Today, he leads a small group of silhouette artists, known collectively as "The Roving Artist", and is widely regarded as being the finest modern exponent of this art alive today. Sara-Louise Harper

Sara-Louise has been working as an illustrator since graduation from Bath School of Art in 1995. Her humorous illustrations were published both here and abroad but gradually the emphasis of her work changed from the advertising to the corporate entertainment market. She soon gained acclaim for her humorous caricatures, which are an instant hit at any type of event. Her engaging personality and incisive drawings make her one of the most sought after caricaturists around. In just about five minutes, Sara-Louise can produce hilarious cartoons of your colleagues, family and friends; you'll see them as never before! Not only are Sara-Louise's caricatures great entertainment but they are fabulous keepsakes to remember the event by and something that is treasured forever.
